Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Dry the chicken as much as possible with paper towels.
Coat chicken evenly with the dry mix by tossing it in a bit at a time.
Place chicken on a wire rack to dry out in the fridge for 8-24 hours, leaving some space in between each wing.
Place chicken skin side down in air fryer.
Air fry at 390 F for 17-20 minutes depending on the size of chicken, flipping halfway. Remove when golden brown.
